Prior to becoming Client Services Coordinator at Ward Williams HR, I studied Sociology at Southampton University and then went on to working within Legal and Compliance. My experience in these industries has provided me with a wealth of experience dealing with legal and procedural changes, ensuring that the businesses were compliant with developments and changes to industry regulations.
I have experience in training on new software systems, having previously implemented a new system across 90 offices. I thoroughly enjoy the training aspects of my role and like meeting new people and developing working relationships.
I take pride in my attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills. I am keen to progress and develop my role within WWHR by starting my CIPD studies in due course.
