Prior to becoming the Managing Director of Ward Williams HR Ltd in 2007 I had worked with Ward Williams Chartered Accountants since 1998. I became a senior manager in 2004 – with the responsibility for implementing and maintaining the HR function within the organisation.
I believe in delivering a personal touch and am passionate about providing my clients with the best possible service. To that end I always make sure my clients understand what they need to do, and why.
I know my technical stuff – I’m CIPD qualified – but equally as important to me is that I get to know my clients and their businesses. It’s the only way – the success of my business is inextricably linked with the success of my clients.
