Kate joined the team in 2011 and since completing her degree in Employment law has progressed into the role of HR Services Director. Kate is responsible for offering Legal and HR advice to all of our clients.
Some of her experience includes, developing HR processes and policies, compliance, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, settlement agreements, redundancy, TUPE, benefits and compensation.
Kate has a real passion for her role and the bigger the problem the more rewarding she finds getting to the solution.
In her spare time Kate enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending the gym and getting as many holidays in as possible!
